Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Seemingly Teased With New Website, Live-Action Videos


The next Call of Duty seems to have been teased. The first Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 teaser has surfaced, showing live-action footage of a group of people defacing Mount Rushmore with a message that reads: “The Truth Lies.” The teaser comes as part of a website believed to be part of the initial marketing push for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Additionally, a redacted version of a key piece of art in the game.

Discovered by CharlieIntel, an X account that posts Call of Duty updates, a new teaser website,, has surfaced that hints at the upcoming Call of Duty. The website features an old interactive TV, reminiscent of those seen in previous Call of Duty: Black Ops titles, that allows users to cycle through six channels, control volume, press the record button, and turn the TV off and on .

The first television channel shows live action footage of a group of armed mercenaries climbing Mount Rushmore overnight and vandalizing the monument with banners reading “The Truth Lies”.

The second channel also shows a video of a group of people hanging “The truth lies” posters in the street. The remaining four channels show static TV, suggesting four more video teasers will appear over time.

Also, reliable leaker billbil-kun posted a blurry key art image said to be from Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on Wednesday X afternoon. The image, while blurry, resembles the 2010 Call of Duty: Black Ops box art.

While Activision has yet to confirm the next Call of Duty, it is expected to arrive later this year. Earlier this month, Treyarch, the developer responsible for previous Black Ops titles, hinted that the next Call of Duty could be Black Ops 6. 2020's Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War was the last and the fifth title in the Black Ops series. .
