From a houseboat to a fire station, The unique Netflix show gave viewers a chance to see the potential of making money with their own short-term rental homes.

For those looking for a getaway, stayed here fans were granted eight future places to rent. Of the eight rental homes presented, only five are still available for rent. Unfortunately, Netflix did not renew stayed here for a second season despite the rise of the short-term rental obsession in the country.

These homes will eventually become dream homes for future owners. Like many network personalities, Jenny and Dave have experienced some personal issues behind the scenes. But that doesn't stop fans from tuning in!

Page has stated that she wants to serve as a mentor for the show, as she never had one when she started. 2 'Flip or Flop'

As one of the most important programs that triggered the house revolution was Flip or Flop. Organized by Tarek El Moussa i Christina Hall, Flip or Flop took the Los Angeles, California region by storm. On the show, Tarek would buy up-and-coming houses and Christina would design them, as they both hoped to make a massive profit in the end.


The show ran for ten seasons and 155 episodes, despite all the off-screen drama between the pair.Fans couldn't get enough of Tarek and Christina when the show ended, so HGTV gave them both their own projects. In 2025, the couple and their new spouses will participate in a new show called The Flip Off as they compete to buy, renovate and sell a house for the biggest income. Oh, and bragging rights.

1 'Top Fixer'

Putting Waco, Texas back on the map, Chip and Joanna Gaines took HGTV by storm with massive impact Upper fastener. Bringing mas chic to the masses, Chip and Joanna work with clients as they buy and remodel homes. With a bit of history attached to the various options the Gaines show prospective owners, the show has been a feel-good show that audiences couldn't get enough of.


The sickly sweet show gave Chip and Joanna an afterlife Upper fastener. Although the original show only lasted five seasons, his legacy has gone beyond the show. The pair launched Magnolia, a must-see destination for fans of the show, as well as the Magnolia Network, where they oversee its programming.
