This Morning Failed To Win An Award at the NTAs 2023
ITV This Morning lost out to the Repair Shop at this years NTAs. It is the first time in 13 years that ITV This Morning did not win an award
The National Television Awards hosted by the Masked Singer’s Joel Dommett sent a clear message to ITV and the bosses of This Morning. That message was, change the format and bring back credibility back to the show.
It was widely expected that This Morning would not win at this years NTAs with viewers demanding Holly Willoughby leave the show. It was the first time in 13 years that This Morning failed to win the Daytime award.
Viewers have turned to social media to share their feeling about Holly Willougby returning to This Morning. Many of those viewers who want her to leave have said This Morning was much better in the summer without her.
Some This Morning viewers have said that Alison Hammond has been propping up Holly Willougby on her return like Phillip Schofield did for all those years. Now that This Morning failed to win an award it is hoped that ITV will take notice and make serious changes to the show.
