His breakout role came The bearwhere he played the ambitious Sydney Adamu.

Since his breakout role, Edebiri has found success as a voice actor and has been credited in several movies and TV shows over the past few years. That said, it injects each of them with enough energy to show that it has the potential to improve over time.

7 General Scarpaccio

From “Mulligan” (2023-)

In the wake of an alien invasion that nearly wiped out the human race, Matty Mulligan (Nat Faxon) is chosen as humanity's new president because he was the one who stopped the invasion. Knowing nothing about rebuilding society, Matty builds a cabinet with what he believes are the brightest minds and most qualified people. His chief of staff is a teenager named Jayson, who looted a general's uniform from a corpse and is now posing as General Scarpaccio.

Jayson's personality is that of a teenager with nothing better to do than what he's doing right now. He took the job because it allows him to shoot guns and launch missiles at Matty's command, and since Matty is a jerk, all he has to do is claim to be a war hero to get rid of any suspicion of his age Edebiri's voice work does a satisfactory job of capturing Jayson's laid-back demeanor, but when placed alongside veteran voice actors such as Phil LaMarr, shows that he still has a long way to go.

6 Gloria Grant

On Earth-65B, Gloria Grant formed a band with her fellow students, Mary Jane Wattson (Nicole Delaney), Betty Brant (Antonia Lentini), and Gwen Stacy (Hailee Steinfeld). Unfortunately, Gwen begins to distance herself from others due to her secret life as Spider-Woman and the death of her best friend, Peter Parker (Jack Quaid). When Glory and the others try to talk to Gwen about her actions, she angrily leaves the band.

Glory plays a very small role Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, but it's crucial to establish Gwen's state of mind and set the stage for her growth through the film. What you see in Glory isn't all bad: she's a compassionate person who wants to help a friend in need but isn't afraid to speak exactly what's on her mind either. Still, it's a shame he couldn't have had an expanded role, given his extensive history spider man spider man comics

Her best moments are when stress gets the better of her and spirals, allowing Edebiri to have fun filling her voice with worry and anxiety.

When Riley Andersen turns thirteen and experiences puberty, it seems that a new wave of emotions will further complicate her life. Among them is Envy, a small cyan emote who is friendly to others but also obsessed with reflecting their best traits. When anxiety (Maya Hawke) begins to dictate Riley's life, Envy helps her come up with ideas to improve Riley's social life.

Envy is one of the least developed characters Inside out 2, but Edebiri's voice work ensures it's memorable. He plays Envy as a young boy who wants to emulate the looks and attitude of those he admires, which fits with Riley's conflict as she moves into a new stage in life. Edebiri replaced Jenny Slate like Missy's voice in 2020, and the character really came to life under her. She does a wonderful job of capturing the growth of Missy's character by showing all the complex emotions one encounters on the road to self-acceptance. Although she has many hiccups along the way, including blow-ups with her parents and friends, Missy comes out of each season the wisest of all the main characters and feels like she learns from her mistakes, which helps her become one of the best in the program. characters.
