Ariana's brother Frankie Grande is singing Ethan's praises. “I love him,” Frankie told TooFab in an interview published on June 5. “He's a very sweet boy.”
The Big Brother alum, who has appeared on Broadway, added that he has been a “huge fan” of Ethan since seeing him in The SpongeBob Musicalwhich ran from 2017 to 2018.
