Muhammad challenged for the UFC welterweight title at UFC 315, ultimately losing to Jack Della Maddalena by unanimous decision. Following this bout, Muhammad, known for his persistent pursuit of title contention, is back in the mix aiming for another shot at the belt.
Since UFC 315, Muhammad has been actively calling out top contenders in the division. After Kamaru Usman`s recent win in Atlanta, Muhammad signaled a potential fight, suggesting they would `see him soon` to resolve their ongoing rivalry.
However, Ian Machado Garry recently emerged as another potential opponent, accusing Muhammad of engaging in `political games` when selecting his next fight.

Garry recently took to social media, claiming Muhammad was avoiding a fight against him. Garry stated he had accepted two alleged fight offers from the UFC, including a potential bout with Sean Brady, though the status of that fight remains unclear.
With both welterweights aiming for a title shot, Garry has publicly targeted Muhammad. Muhammad quickly responded to Garry`s challenge.
Via an Instagram post, Muhammad revealed he used ChatGPT to generate his response to Garry`s comments.
“Ian Garry out here trying to do Conor cosplay with Dollar Tree trash talk. Bro, your lines hit softer than your jab. You sound like a teenager who just discovered McGregor highlight reels. You wanna ‘out-box’ me? Try out-talking me first without embarrassing yourself. Until then, go back to rehearsing in the mirror — maybe one day your trash talk will be as sharp as your barber’s fade.”
UFC fans reacted positively in the comments section.

As of now, Garry has not publicly responded to Muhammad’s unique response. Garry`s most recent fight was a win against Carlos Prates at UFC Kansas City earlier this year.
