In a video obtained by TMZ, Ben, who shares children Violet18, Seraphina15 i Samuel 12, with ex Jennifer Garner—he got out of his car after pulling into his driveway to reprimand a photographer for taking flash photos at night.
“You're going to get me in an accident,” the 51-year-old explained in the clip. “Don't turn on your lights when someone is driving in the driveway.”
Noting that it's “dangerous”, Ben added: “I can't see! You're going to hurt someone doing this shit.”
And the Oscar winner said he wasn't just defending himself in the situation. After all, she shared that one of her daughters would be “coming here” soon after.
“If you turn on his lights, you're putting him in danger,” Ben warned. “You understand it?”
And! News has reached out to his representative for comment, but has not heard back.
