Collingwood Mapgies v Essendon Bombers scores, results, fixtures, teams, tips, games, how to watch

For starters, it was fast Collingwood versus slow, considered Essendon, and that suited the Magpies down to the ground.

In the second quarter, the Bombers strengthened their defense and scored a couple of counterattack goals of their own. Turnovers denied them more, but the Magpies were also sloppy as they tried to get the ball back down the lane.

Steele Sidebottom has been the standout for Collingwood, running the game as a half-back half-back. The Firefighters attraction was at the other end of the experience spectrum. Nate Caddy is only playing his third game, but anytime, if not tonight, he's going to break a game.
