Cruise with the tunes of The Bikeriders as Mutant and Black Lot Music team up with Collider to exclusively announce the arrival of the vinyl release The Bikeriders — Original Film Soundtrackwith the music of Jeff Nichols'last movie. While you might not be able to listen to it while doing some soul-searching on the open highway, the 13-track record is the perfect addition to any vinyl lover's collection, as it showcases the refined palette of Nichols jams. from the 1960s onwards. In addition, the record and its sleeve have a classic look that will make it fit visually with other pieces from the rock 'n' roll decade.
On the front of the box there is Austin Butler like Benny, crossing a bridge on his classic Harley-Davidson motorcycle, dressed in his club leather jacket and looking back at the rest of his backpack. At the top, the film's title is inscribed in large blue letters reminiscent of similar designs from the era of bands such as The Byrds i Dark purple. The back of the album captures an intimate moment between Benny and Butler Jodie Comerthat's Kathy, with the tracklist on the right. Although it may not be as flashy as other designs we've seen from Mutantthe disc itself keeps things classic with one half black and the other half marbled in grey.
The curated list of songs chosen by Nichols himself perfectly models the different moods of the film, which is based on Danny Lyonthe 1967 photo book of the same name. The film continues several members of an outlaw motorcycle club at the end of the turbulent decade and focuses on their relationships both with their families and with each other.
