In an exciting update from James Gunn, we've learned that the DCU Creature commands The series will premiere in December on Max. Previously, the most we knew was that the series was hoping for a fall 2024 release. But now, we know for sure Creature commands, the first official piece of the DCU by James Gunn and Peter Safranit's coming to Max in December 2024. So, it's definitely time to get excited.
Gunn shared this as well Creature commands would pick up directly from where the Peacemaker the end of the first season was left. The series will see Amanda Waller recruit “a band of misfits” (and monsters) for her “morally questionable undercover mission”. Looks like characters of Creature commands will also appear in other DCU projects like Superman. And once these characters appear, they'll carry the same story, actor, look, and more throughout their time in the DCU.
We can't wait to see more of the series. For now, we're just happy to know when we can expect Creature commands to release
