Sean Strickland continues to attract attention, often for controversial reasons.
The former UFC middleweight champion hasn`t competed since his title loss rematch against Dricus Du Plessis at UFC 312 earlier this year.
Since then, fighters like Israel Adesanya have called him out while he takes a break to plan his next move.
However, last Sunday, he was again in the spotlight due to an incident at a local Tuff-N-Uff event in Las Vegas.
Sean Strickland Involved in Chaotic Post-Fight Altercation
Strickland`s teammate, Miles Hunsinger, faced Luis Hernandez in a middleweight bout on the Tuff-N-Uff 145 undercard.
The first round was competitive, but chaos erupted in the second when Hernandez repeatedly interacted verbally with Hunsinger`s corner, including Strickland and fellow UFC fighter Chris Curtis.
Just one minute into the second round, Hernandez secured a standing guillotine choke to finish the fight. While celebrating, Hernandez directed an offensive gesture towards Strickland and Curtis.
Immediately after, the two UFC middleweights entered the cage to confront Hernandez. Strickland quickly advanced towards him and landed some punches before being pulled away.

Shortly thereafter, Strickland commented on the incident via social media, alleging that Hernandez had insulted him and provoked the confrontation.
Luis Hernandez Speaks Out Following Viral Brawl
While the former UFC champion offered his perspective on the brawl, Hernandez shared his side a few hours after the altercation.
Talking to Ariel Helwani, Hernandez explained, “Well, man, we were in the fight and they were talking during the fight, and there’s only so much we can take, this is entertainment, right, so he said some things and I said some things back and I guess he didn’t like what I said back.”
Hernandez continued, “He was talking s— saying I was tired, making fun out of me, I think he called me fat and I don’t take that lightly. Me, I said, ‘F— you Sean Strickland’ and then he punched me. Yeah, he did, but I’m still standing and still smiling… Hopefully I’ll be in the UFC soon.”
It remains uncertain if Strickland will face consequences for his actions, but there`s a possibility the NSAC (Nevada State Athletic Commission) could issue a ban from cornering in the future.
