First witness takes the stand in Donald Trump’s New York criminal trial

Former National Enquirer editor David Pecker was the first witness prosecutors called to the stand Monday. He will testify again on Tuesday. Before testimony, the first order of business on Tuesday is a hearing on whether Trump should be held in contempt of court for challenging a gag order.
