At the beginning of the movie, a young manFuriosa is kidnapped from her home in “The Green Place of Many Mothers” and hosted by the merciless warlord Dementus (Chris Hemsworth). Furiosa refuses to give information about her people's whereabouts and plans an ambitious escape as Dementus seeks to dominate other warlords. After Dementus got into a fight with a younger Immortan Joe (Lachy Hulme) and his War Boys, Furiosa is traded in exchange for control of the industrial center known as “Gastown”. Immortan Joe's intention is for Furiosa to become one of his breeding wives, however, she manages to mask her identity by posing as a War Boy and begins serving among his warriors.

Miller's film explores Furiosa's backstory from her youth to the events of Fury Road. Along the way, we learn how he lost his arm, encountered the military leader of the Citadel, Praetorian Jack (tomBurke), and how he gets revenge on Dementus. However, when the credits roll, this is not the case enough the end of Furiosa's story.

After years of being forced to serve cruel men, Furiosa finally has the chance to fight for herself and lead a cause she believes in. Ultimately, he is fighting for them to have the happy life that has eluded him since childhood.

He revealed that he developed “not only every character's backstory, but every prop, every vehicle, every gesture” and “wrote a story about Max the year before I got there.” This would leave the door open for Hardy to reprise his role in another one Mad Max adventure
