Due to underwhelming ticket sales, the planned two-day format for GLORY 100 is reportedly being condensed into a single-day event. This news comes via kickboxing veteran Tayfun Özcan, who shared the information in a recent TikTok post. Özcan himself was scheduled to compete in a welterweight bout against Ismail Ouzgni at the event.

Although initial reports suggested stronger sales for the first day compared to the second, GLORY appears to have opted to merge the scheduled Friday and Saturday cards into one event. This decision aims to prevent spreading ticket purchases too thinly across two consecutive dates, favoring a more traditional single-day format. While the complete fight card for the revised event has not been officially confirmed, it is anticipated that key matchups, including the Heavyweight tournament fights and title bouts, will still proceed as planned. The event is still slated to take place at the Rotterdam Ahoy on June 14th.
This development represents a setback for Europe`s premier kickboxing promotion. It follows closely on the heels of the recent GLORY Underground event in Miami earlier this month, which faced criticism for its production quality upon the promotion`s return to the United States.
