According to a communications officer from St. Helens, between 40,000 and 50,000 people visited in 2017.

“It was nice to come back and honor Debbie. It's an honor that people want to come hang out and see where it was filmed,” Brown said. “Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined that this is what we would be doing.”

12. Although there are no official plans to continue the franchise, Singer said he would “love” to make a fifth film, if there is interest.

“I'd have to get the Disney Channel on board, but I'd like to,” he said. “I have ideas of how I would do it. It was talked about a year and a half ago but then it didn't happen.”

13. If it came to fruition, Singer envisioned “a musical,” adding, “There are ways to do a prequel, too. It's not something I haven't considered before.”
