How Kourtney Kardashian Keeps Her “Vagina Intact” After Giving Birth

Kourtney Kardashian he wants to introduce you to some of his practices.

Months after welcoming the child Rocky Thirteen Barker with the husband Travis Barkerthe Lemme founder shared insight into her latest chapter of motherhood, noting that some factors changed to revolve around her body post-baby.

“I still have 10 pounds if I like to go back to my pre-pregnancy weight,” Kourtney explained to mom. But that's not the only advice Kourtney has in mind.

“And they say to keep your vagina intact,” she continued, “you shouldn't jump or run for six months.”

As for what does it mean to keep it intact?

“Well, you can have prolapse,” Kourtney pointed out in a confessional, “which is where your vagina can fall down, I think. Supposedly there are things you can do to keep it up there.”
