Jim Parsons and Mayim Bialik to Reprise 'Big Bang Theory' Roles in 'Young Sheldon' Finale

Jim Parsons it won't be going back to its place anytime soon.

The actor, who played Sheldon Cooper in 12 seasons of The Big Bang Theory and acted as narrator Young Sheldon—revealed that when it comes to reprising his beloved character, it will only happen through “reincarnation” in the “next life.”

“Look, never tell anything,” Parsons exclusively said And! news at the Drama League Awards on May 17. “Life is long, God willing. But I don't think so.”

But Parsons is clearly still game to play his quirky cool character at times, even appearing as a grown-up Sheldon at the end of the prequel series. Young Sheldon on May 16 next door Big Bang Theory cost Mayim Bialik.

“It was very, very special to do this,” Parsons told E! in his interview, broadcast on May 20 at 23:00 “The feeling today is a little strange, you know? Now it's the second time, because when we finished The Big Bang Theory, I thought so too. A little different.”
