Paramount+ has announced the upcoming release of its new original film, Apartment 7A, will premiere this fall on the streaming service in the US and select international markets. Directed by Natalie Erika Jamesknown for relicthe psychological thriller offers insight into the events that transpired in the New York City apartment prior to the events of The rosemary baby. The film is set in 1965 and aims to explore the mysterious circumstances surrounding the apartment before Rosemary moves out.


In the center of Apartment 7A is Julia Garnera Golden Globe winner celebrated for her role in Ozark. In this film, she plays a young dancer whose career is compromised by a serious injury. His character becomes entangled with a secretive and influential partner who offers him a controversial but darkly tempting chance at fame. Garner has built a reputation for delivering powerful performances in a variety of roles since her debut Ozark to his powerful portrait a The Assistant. His involvement in Apartment 7A is the next step in his career, adding a major starring role to his resume. Garner also just got a big breakthrough by being cast at Marvel Studios. Apartment 7Aproduced in association with Paramount Pictures under the Platinum Dunes and Sunday Night Production banners, is based on Ira Levinthe novel of The rosemary baby. The script was written by Natalie Erika James, Christian Whitei Skylar Jameswith executive production by Vicki Dee Rock i Alexa Ginsburg. Production leaders include John Krasinski, Allyson Seeger, Michael Bay, Andrew Formi Brad Fuller.
