The alleged OnePlus Nord 4 render attached to the post offers a vague look at the phone's rear design. It appears to have a dual-tone design and a dual rear camera unit. The camera sensors are arranged horizontally in the upper left corner, marking a change from the rear design of the OnePlus Nord 3.
