Sarah Evans is opening up about her body image struggles.
The County singer recently shared how being in the spotlight has made her more self-conscious about her appearance, especially when she reads other people's comments.
“It bothers me, I won't say no,” Sara said Cheryl Burke on her April 28 episode Sex, lies and spray tans podcast “I have an eating disorder. I fear being fat more than anything in the world, and that's not good. That's not normal.”
The 53-year-old noted that because she has felt pressured to maintain her appearance, she suffers from body dysmorphia.
“My record label, every time I had a baby, they'd say, 'When is she going to lose weight?'” Sara, who shares children. Avery24, Olivia20 i Audrey19 years old, with ex-husband Craig Schelske-explained “So things like that would pop into my head.”
