Kate Middleton celebrates Father's Day with Prince William: 'We love you, Dad'
Royal Ascot is still a family affair Prince William.
How Kate Middleton continues to seek preventive chemotherapy treatment, his parents Carole Middleton i Michael Middleton joined the Prince of Wales at the annual horse racing event on June 19.
For tradition, William wore a top hat and three-piece suit, which he teamed with a blue patterned tie and purple boutonnier. Keeping with the floral theme, Carole donned a light blue dress embellished with periwinkles and a matching fascinator, while her husband opted for a conventional tuxedo, as well as striped trousers and a black hat.
At one point in the day, William, 41, sweetly took his mother-in-law's hand as he led her across the green lawn. He was also seen chatting with cousins Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenia i Zara Tindall.
The outing came less than a week after Kate, 42, made her first public appearance since sharing her cancer diagnosis in March. At the Trooping the Colors ceremony on June 15, the Princess of Wales, wearing a black and white Jenny Packham dress and a Philip Treacy hat, accompanied William and their children. Prince George10, Princess Charlotte9 i Prince Louis6, on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to watch the passing of the Royal Air Force.
