The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, who was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in 2020, shared that she felt “exhausted” before starting a new round of chemotherapy treatment.
“It becomes very real in an incredibly different way,” Shannen said during the June 24 episode. Let's be clear podcast, “because I have no idea how long I'll be on chemo.”
She noted that she's not sure if the treatment will continue for several months or “if after three months it's not working, if we'll switch again,” the enchanted The actress added: “This is not something I can predict. It's not something my doctors can predict. And it's scary.”
And Shannen's new treatment for cancer, which has spread to her brain and bones, isn't the only life change that has caused her anxiety lately. The 53-year-old shared that her ongoing divorce battle with ex Kurt Iswarienko— from whom he separated in April 2023 after 11 years of marriage — has also made him feel like he's “walking into the unknown.”
