And one of those important factors is taking care of yourself.
“I'm in a business where we're always being looked at,” Sofía pointed out, “and now the cameras are in high definition. It's different to age like a normal woman in a normal job, but to age in front of a camera. It's completely different and all our insecurities get bigger as you get older.”
Of course, there's no shame in getting extra help, like getting plastic surgery, when it comes to looking i feel better.
“I want to feel good and not because people think about me,” she explained. “It's for me. I want to feel fresh, not exhausted. You have to accept that you're going to be different, but I'm also never afraid to do my best. So if there are things I can do without becoming crazy, why not?”
After all, Sofia admitted that she is not completely sold on the concept of beauty of the previous age.
“Listen,” she teased. “if they'd asked, 'Do you want to remain an idiot, but young?' I say, “Yes.” I don't want the king's wisdom.”
