Although it is not a sure thing, it seems that the second season of the next one War of the galaxies series, the acolyte, is already starting to work on a second season. For SFX magazine (via ScreenRant), War of the galaxies producer Rayne Roberts noted, “We have to go back to the writers' room for Season 2 to see where we're at. We have some initial thoughts on what we want to do, but as far as where the story ends, it's not yet fully specified”.
We have seen the War of the galaxies Disney+ series are more than a season old; just look The Mandalorian. I Ahsoka season two is on the way. So it wouldn't be strange Star Wars: The Acolyte they had to get a second season and more. We'll just have to see what story the first season weaves when Star Wars: The Acolyte opens on June 4.
