‘The Real Housewives of Dubai’s Sara Is Not the Mediator She Thinks She Is

Viewers saw that she had a close connection with her best friend from Season 1 Nina Ali. She was branching out to bond with many of the other women, building new friendships. And now she's even convincing some of the women to do spiritual therapy with her. But in the season 2 premiere, some things have come to light and shed light on the truth behind Sara and her intentions. She has always tried to be the one to mediate and offer advice, but her advice sometimes comes at a cost. He has insulted his co-star's parenting skills. He has questioned the validity of certain couple relationships. And yet she still believes she is the innocent mediator. Dr. Sara Al Madani is great. She's so brilliant she could be the ultimate manipulator. As Chanel Ayan says, she might need soul surgery!

The Real Housewives of Dubai is back for a spicy second season on Bravo. As a local Emaratian, Sara Al Madani is the cool, calm and collected one of the group. She is the type of woman who tries to practice what she preaches. Not only is she great, Sara Al Madani is gorgeous. She is the co-founder and CEO of HalaHi, a Cameo-like product where consumers can buy personal messages from celebrities and other high-profile personalities. It's just one of the many brands, products and tables that Sara is a part of. As an award-winning entrepreneur and renowned speaker, Sara has had quite a prolific life. From a personal perspective, she has been divorced twice and is a single mother to a wonderful son, Maktoum. With love on her mind, the Season 2 teaser trailer has given fans a glimpse into the future of Sara's love life. Maybe Maktoum could have a new stepfather as he joked with his mother!

As a public speaker, Sara is used to offering advice and helping others. She knows how to inspire and encourage, offering her insight and expertise on any topic she talks about. Fans even got to see her in action last season when she was given a keynote speech. As seen throughout the first season of Tthe real housewives of dubai, Sara was quite level-headed and rarely found herself in the middle of a confrontation. It was often the ear some of the women turned to hoping to vent. And instead, Sara sometimes shared her thoughts that had gotten her into trouble. Not all vent sessions need a resolution. One of Season 1's most monumental moments came at Caroline Brooks' intimate dinner party, where Sara offered her unsolicited parenting advice. Brooks didn't like the words too much, but speaking to Collider, he knew he meant well, and his frustration was that the pair still didn't know each other well enough. From one single mom to another, sometimes it's important to keep those thoughts to yourself. There is no one way to be a mother. As the couple passed each other, this should have been a teaching moment for Sara. it wasn't

Friendships are changing in the city of gold

Chanel Ayan was the breakout star of The Real Housewives of Dubai Season 1. He was a funny and quirky character who expressed his life in a way that no one else could. There is only one Ayan. During her time on the season, she revealed a vulnerable side by revealing her childhood traumas. During a groundbreaking season 1 episode, Ayan opened up to Sara and a therapist about forced genital mutilation. It was a harrowing experience, with Ayan breaking down while recounting the ordeal. She revealed that she suppressed much of the trauma, but her ability to talk about it allowed her to bring awareness to what happens to some women in Africa. Chanel Ayan is a survivor and she was brave enough to share it with her friend and in turn with the world. This moment brought the two women closer. Until some headlines surprised Ayan.

During the first group brunch of season 2, the non-Beyoncé conversation where everyone was sitting was seemingly positive. Until Sara talked about her spiritual therapy. Ayan couldn't handle the perceived false positivity. Ayan revealed to the group that Sara was the one who encouraged her to open up about her incredibly personal traumas only to run to the media and claim she was using those traumas to play the victim. With Sara stating that Ayan's story was not an excuse for bad behaviour, she claimed that Ayan had his words twisted.

To be fair, Ayan has had many instances where a conversation went off the rails because it was literally lost in translation for her. When the pair left alone to talk, Sara again tried to claim that her well-intentioned actions were misunderstood. She told him that she doesn't call him a victim, but stated that she can't let her trauma as a victim be an excuse to be mean to others. It was a very rich statement, but it didn't reach Ayan in the way he had planned. The women talked in circles. Ayan took it literally and Sara backed off. Sara was taking the situation personally because in her heart, her intention was to help Ayan at a very personal time. Ayan knew the same but felt betrayed that Sara was using her status to talk bad about her in the media. The exchange was smooth compared to others housewives fights, but just like her argument with Brooks a season earlier, Sara's intent was called into question.

Sara Al Madani is a kind person. She only wants the best for the people in her life. But he knows how to use his words in a way that others cannot. She is extremely articulate. She's good at what she does, but her part doesn't quite connect with this group of women. Her tone can be perceived as condescending or condescending, but unless we've pulled the wool over our eyes, it's not malicious. With men entering the scene this season, Sara is bound to hear a lot of unsolicited advice from her group of friends. It will be interesting to see how he handles the comments. He doesn't have to take it, but as he tells the others, he must at least receive it.
