The Summer house The stars, who have recently been the subject of divorce rumors, proved their bond is stronger than ever during the Bravo series' eighth season reunion episode on June 13.
“I love him, unfortunately, so a lot,” Amanda admitted as she reflected on their many fights over the last season. “And this guy is my best friend. When I'm sad, I want to be with him. When I'm happy, he's the first person I want to tell things to.”
Amanda also revealed that there was another reason why they weren't on the same page while filming last summer.
“In Kyle's defense, though, last year I think I was on the road to getting really depressed,” the 32-year-old admitted. “I got checked out. I wasn't really talking to my friends. So when he got home, yeah, I was quiet.”
As it turns out, the reality star's quiet battle with depression is nothing new.
“Run to my family,” Amanda shared with the host Andy Cohen. “It's not something that comes out of nowhere. So, he was struggling more than I realized and then it really hit me. I could see how lonely he was because I was lonely too.”
