But never fear Negan and/or Maggie fans. The Walking Dead: Dead City gave us a glimpse of its ongoing production with a behind-the-scenes video that ended with the revelation that the show will have a premiere date sometime in 2025. The show was recently shooting in Worcester, MAamong other localities.
The clip includes some funny moments, like Lauren Cohan killing a walker and Jeffrey Dean Morgan looking at the camera through a clapper board. We see interviews with other returning characters like Armstrong, The Croat and The Lady. In case you forgot, Maggie traded Negan for her son Herschel and is now a crime leader under The Lady. And, based on this behind-the-scenes clip from Dead City, it looks like Negan might be back to his old Savior ways. Maggie isn't doing well either, according to the synopsis below:
In season two, in the escalating war for control of Manhattan, Maggie and Negan find themselves caught on opposing sides. As their paths intertwine, they find that the way out for both of them is more complicated and terrifying than they ever imagined.
As for the release date of 2025 for Dead CityIt's anyone's guess when we'll see those episodes. The walking Dead main series used to come out in the fall and tour with Be afraid of zombies. But, those shows are now gone. All we have are the spin-offs. As far as we can tell, there won't be another season Those Who Live. And we don't know if Daryl Dixon will make it to a third round. Maybe AMC is cooking something up The walking Dead anthology or something to be published in early 2025 Dead City. We will see.
Meanwhile, we can't wait to see if Jeffrey Dean Morgan is a villain or an anti-hero the boys fourth season.
