Although it had been a New York minute since arguably the world's most famous twins had been photographed, The Row co-founders made back-to-back public appearances this winter. Go out with the sister first Elizabeth Olsen in New York City on Feb. 6, then dusted off their passports in Paris, enjoying dinner at Caviar Kaspia after debuting the Fall 2024/Winter 2025 collection of their luxury line at Paris Fashion Week.
However, when it came to the show itself, attendees were tight-lipped (we could do this all day, guys!) as the famously press-shy sisters asked that no one capture any of the fashion content.
“We don't immerse ourselves in that world,” Ashley explained to Net-a-Porter in 2017. “We don't have Instagram or Facebook.” And having lived their childhood in the brightest spotlight, they're enjoying their lives under the radar as New York fashion designers (albeit with a collection of CFDA Fashion Awards). As Mary-Kate said in a 2021 interview with iD, “We were raised to be low-key people.”
