It was another difficult time to be a Friday the 13th last week when this showrunner was announced Bryan Fuller (Hannibal) was leaving Crystal Lake. The A24 prequel series due to premiere on the Peacock later this year is being remade. That means many of the slasher show's previous teases remain up in the air. Through this change in direction, they were now learning a little more about the genre talent that was involved in the project. One such name was Shout writer and director Kevin Williamson, who recently confirmed that he is no longer attracted to the project.
