VENOM: THE LAST DANCE’s First Trailer Is the Beginning of Symbrock’s End

Symbrock he is not too pure for this world. It is too pure for all worlds. That's probably why Venom's house will come to Eddie's house to break up the duo in their last movie together. The first trailer of Venom: The Last Dance features an all-out assault on both Earth and the (singular) couple, in what promises to be an emotional fight to the finish.

That's not all, though, this promotion is a tease. It also connects directly to Spider-Man: No Way Homethe end credits scene with Eddie and Venom. And even better? Venom: The Last Dance it will even feature a symbiotic horse.

What is happening in this intergalactic war? the officer Venom: The Last Dance The synopsis from Sony Pictures Entertainment and Marvel gives a brief description of the difficult choice Eddie and Venom will face:

In Venom: The Last Dance, Tom Hardy returns as Venom, one of Marvel's greatest and most complex characters, for the final film of the trilogy. Eddie and Venom are on the run. Hunted by their two worlds and with the net closed, the duo is forced to make a devastating decision that will bring down the curtains on Venom and Eddie's last dance.

Written and directed by Kelly Marcel, the film also stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Juno Temple, Rhys Ifans, Peggy Lu, Alanna Ubach and the returning Stephen Graham as Detective Mulligan.

MCU fans will notice this fellow Temple Ted Lasso Alum Cristo Fernandez will also appear Venom: The Last Dance. He is reprising his brief role as a waiter Spider-Man: No Way Home. That mid-credits scene showed Eddie being magically transported return from the main world of the MCU. But only after leaving a small piece of his symbiote behind. This trailer shows the government securing this little black mass before it can be released, raising the question of how any of these poison Tricks will connect Sony's live-action Spider-Verse and the MCU.

How does/will this make sense? (I could Doctor Strange Will Star Ejiofor secretly be a variant of Baron Mordo that can move between the multiverse?) Obviously, we don't know right now. All we're supposed to do is get excited about Symbrock's final outing as a couple. And we should also focus on the symbiotic horse, which is almost as important.

Venom: The Last Dance will ride (i.e. premiere) in theaters from October 25, 2024.
