Technology

Wakefit on Wednesday unveiled its suite of AI-powered sleep solutions called Wakefit Zense. The Zense range includes Regul8, an adjustable temperature mattress, and Track8, a non-contact artificial intelligence (AI) sleep tracking device. With these, the company said it aims to integrate technology into the sleep environment to help users optimize sleep quality and improve sleep health. Both devices feature dual-zone sensors to create a personalized sleep environment on each side of the bed. The Wakefit Zense range of sleep solutions is currently available for pre-order.

Price and availability of Wakefit Zense Regul8, Track8

Regul8, under the Wakefit Zense range, can be purchased at a price of Rs. 44,999. The mattress is available in Queen (78×60 inches) and King (78×72 inches) sizes. Track8, the sleep tracking sheet, is priced at Rs. 10,499. Both the devices are currently up for pre-booking on the official website for Rs. 499 each, or Rs. 899 combined.

Features of Wakefit Zense Regul8

According to the company, the Regul8 mattress features a water-based system to control the temperature of the mattress surface. The temperature of the mattress can be set between 15 and 40 degrees Celsius using the companion app. Regul8 has a dual zone temperature controller, which allows the user to set different temperatures for each side of the bed.

Regul8 also features built-in temperature sensors that can monitor the surface temperature of the mattress and make real-time adjustments to keep it constant throughout the night. It also includes five different presets (neutral, cold, warm, ice and fire) to easily set the desired temperature. Wakefit claims the Regul8 mattress uses 60 percent less energy than a 1.5-ton AC.

Features of Wakefit Zense Tack8

Track8 is a sleep solution from the Wakefit Zense range, which can track users' sleep patterns and other metrics without any contact. The device, which is a thin rectangular sheet of fabric with two blade sensors, is placed under the mattress. It has dual zone sensors, one for each side of the bed, and can track two users at once. The device sends the collected data directly to the companion app, which then processes the information to present a detailed sleep report.

The company claims that the device uses AI and machine learning algorithms to capture data on sleep stages, breathing rate, movement, sleep and wake time, time to go and leave the bed and snoring. Once analyzed, it also provides an aggregated sleep score.
