In recent months, Brooke, who shares daughters Rowan21 i Grier18 years, with husband Chris Henchy— has spoken openly about aging and this new chapter in his life.
“Yeah, things hurt,” he said charm in June “And I wish I could sleep more. I wish everything was higher. I wish I didn't need kinesiology tape to get my knees where they should be.”
But despite the changes, the Mother of the Bride The star still finds joy in getting older.
“I am younger now than in my youth,” he added. “My energy, my confidence, my lack of self-judgment. The negative tapes I played [in my mind]…they don't play anymore. They're all lying down.”
