The club, located in the theater district, will offer two concerts celebrating Harnick and his music on April 30, at 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.; the 7pm concert will also be broadcast live.
Harnick, who died aged 99 last year, wrote lyrics for musicals including Fiorello!, Tenderloin, Fiddler on the Roof, She Loves Me, The Apple Tree i The Rothschildsreceiving a Pulitzer Prize for his letters of Fiorello! and four Tony Awards, including a special 2016 Lifetime Achievement Award.
Among those who will perform at the 7 pm concert will be Laura Benanti; Robert Cuccioli; Amanda Green; Cady Huffman and Austin Pendleton, while performers at the 9:30 concert will include Jim Brochu; Jessica Hecht; Penny Fuller; Craig Lucas and Howard McGillin.
