Meghan Markle is to see another side of motherhood.
While spending time with students at Lightway Academy during her i Prince HarryOn her three-day tour of Nigeria on May 10, the Duchess of Sussex couldn't help but recount an adorable exchange she recently had with her 2-year-old daughter. Princess Lilibet.
“Our daughter, Lili, is much, much smaller than you,” Meghan told a kindergarten class, per people. “She's about to turn three. And a few weeks ago, she would look at me and just see the reflection in my eyes. And she [goes]'Mom, I see myself in you'”.
“I was being very literal now,” admitted the 42-year-old. “But I held onto those words in a very different way. And I thought, 'Yes, I see myself in you, and you see me in you.'”
Sitting in the classroom next to Harry, she said to the students, “As I look around this room, I see myself in all of you, too.”
