More than a dozen tornadoes have touched down in three states: Texas, Oklahoma and Nebraska. Video shows a massive twister tearing up the interstate north of Lincoln, Nebraska, as large chunks of debris flew through the air. Omar Villafranca reports from Ennis, Texas.
