Rebel Moon: Part Two: The Scargiver will be released soon on Netflix, marking the conclusion of the latest cinematic epic of Zack Snyder. 'Rebel Moon: Part One: A Child of Fire' brought together an unlikely band of warriors

Admiral Atticus Noble (Ed Scrien) was sent by the Mother World to hunt down the revolutionaries Darrian Bloodaxe (Ray Fisher) and his sister Devra (Cleopatra Coleman); it turns out that one of Veldt's residents, Gunnar (Michiel Huisman) had sold surplus crops to the Bloodaxes. When Noble demands that Veldt supply his forces with grain, Kora decides to gather warriors to defend her fellow citizens. She and Gunnar end up running into the smuggler Kai (Charlie Hunnam), who helps them find an eclectic group of companions, including the former Prince Tarak (Staz Nair), the deadly swordsman Nemesis (Doona Bae), and the former general of the Mother World Titus (Djimon Hounsou). They even run into the Bloodaxes, with Darrian lending some of his men to the cause.

Kai sells Kora and her companions to Noble, leading Gunnar to kill him and help free the others. The resulting fight sees Darrian's death take down a Motherworld gunboat, while all of his forces are decimated save for a lone soldier, Milius (E. Duffy), who decides to join Kora and her friends. Kora apparently kills Noble, but is resurrected by the priests of the Mother World and brought before Regent Balisarius (Friar Fee), which demands that Noble crush the revolution and return Kora alive to the Mother World.

Throughout everything A child of fire, Kora reveals more of her past to Gunnar. Like most of the warriors he recruits, his planet was ravaged by the Mother World. Balisarius saved her and raised her as his own daughter, giving it the name “Arthelais”. She trained as a soldier, rising through the ranks until she was chosen to become Princess Issa's bodyguard (Stella Grace Fitzgerald). Issa was destined to usher in a golden age of peace for the universe until she and the rest of her family were killed by a mysterious assassin. Kora fled the Mother World and landed in the Veldt, where she was taken in by the villagers, but the Mother World never forgave her. Noble refers to her as the “Scargiver”.,” with the second part of rebel moon training to explore what exactly happened on the day the royal family was overthrown.

Jimmy Finds New Purpose in 'Rebel Moon'

Kora is not the only character rebel moon which is linked to the royal family. When Noble leaves a small contingent of soldiers in the Veldt to keep the peace until his return, they activate a “Jimmy” (Dustin Ceithamer/Anthony Hopkins), a mechanical knight destined to defend the ruling class of the Mother World. Jimmy and the rest of his machines, better known as Mechanicas Miltarium, he stopped fighting after Issa was killed, as they felt they had lost their purpose. After meeting a villager named Sam (Charlotte Maggi) and notices his resemblance to Issa, Jimmy ends up shooting one of the Mother World soldiers who threatens him. He is shown to play a potentially important role in the trailer for The Scargiver, joining forces with Kora and destroying Mother World's soldiers. Jimmy's presence is sporadic A child of firethough the next extended cut may expand his role and his new purpose of defending Veldt.

'Rebel Moon: Part Two – The Scargiver' is a total war movie

Rebel Moon: Part Two – The Scargiver is shaping up to be even more action-packed than its predecessor, judging by the trailer. This is exactly what Snyder intended.“Second part it's a war movie,” he said during a Weekly entertainment interview.

“We know that Noble is alive and that Belisarius has given him the task of finding his daughter and bringing her to him at any cost. So the stakes for the people have risen from 'Hey, we want some of your grain ” until now “You are harboring the most wanted fugitive in the history of the galaxy.”
